Upgrade to EdgeQuake v0.32.1

This patch fixes how Ask and named-entity queries find workspace embeddings. Typed ANN now uses only the preferred workspace or lineage model, and graph seeds are admitted before popular hub entities. It adds no migrations, so the schema stays at 168.

demo.edgequake.com: this cut installs the 0.32.1 API and WebUI. Password auth remains the demo default. After deploy, audit embedding_models for workspace …0003 as described in embedding-registry-backfill. Do not silently rename stamps to another model.

Notice that the only data action is the audit, and any backfill waits until you confirm the embedder.

Residuals (not release blockers)

SPEC-001 Acc was not re-run. The ANN keying and graph admit changed after the 2026-08-15 pack.
Migration backfill and verify jobs still read the process environment (ops residual).
The demo registry may show text-embedding-3-small rows at 1024 dimensions. Rebuild or backfill only after you confirm the producer embedder.
